Hello! We are a mechanical design consultant firm working out of Fresno, CA offering ourservices in HVAC and plumbing design. Our Senior Design Engineer Lead is Joelon Chinn, a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of California, a Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) as recognized by the American Society of Plumbing Engineers and a proud Bulldog from Fresno State with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Joelon is an ideal leader for the firm as he has valuable experience from working in the Central Valley since 2005. He has worked with prestigious firms like New England Sheet Metal, Teter A&E, Lawrence Nye Carlson Associates and Lawrence Engineering Group. Joelon has developed a culture that emphasizes the importance of relationships as seen in our Vision and Mission statements below.
