Joelon Chinn - Principal Engineer
PE, CPD, GPD, LEED AP BD+C

Prior to establishing JNL, Joelon Chinn gained a wide range of experience in roles as in-house design at a fabricator, alongside architects at an A+E firm and as a consulting engineer at a large mechanical firm. This career path has given Joelon a well-rounded understanding of project and client management.

 

He has designed projects in the K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors in the San Joaquin Valley and has experience working with the associated regulatory agencies such as the Division of the State Architect (DSA), the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) and required local agencies.

Eric Anderson - Mechanical Engineer

Since 2021 Eric has been showing what it takes to service clients with great communication and listening skills. Eric has earned his PE license and increased his experience as a Mechanical Engineer. After obtaining his bachelor’s in engineering from Montana Technological University, Eric returned home to the Central Valley to begin his career. He has attained his Professional Engineering License & has three years’ experience in the mechanical and Plumbing design field and works effectively in a highly interactive team environment. Highly motivated and self- directed, he believes in understanding the root cause of problems before providing solutions. Eric is dedicated to ensuring that his clients’ visions become reality through his collaborative and meticulous design process.

Ricardo Moreno - EIT, Project Designer

Ricardo has been with JNL since 2021. Ricardo is the ultimate team player and completely fearless to get projects done. After completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Fresno State University, Ricardo joined JNL as a Mechanical and Plumbing designer. Ricardo is a very meticulous Designer that puts his client’s satisfaction, above all else. Ricardo uses effective team skills along with his design abilities to complete projects both quickly and accurately while holding up the standards of the California Mechanical and Plumbing codes. He has acquired his certification as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) the first step towards becoming a licensed engineer in the State of California. Ricardo’s abilities and creativity coupled with his dedication to clients enables him to consistently deliver an excellent design experience.
